This is a logo design for a friend's mock seafood restaurant. I really how the clean lines taper elegantly. The logo speaks of a certain kind of freshness which to me one would want to associate with seafood.Labels: andrew tham, design, logo design, piscis |

I've been working on my caricaturing skill by doodling the people I see on TV. My efforts are to improve capturing an accurate likeness quickly. This is my take on Janet Wright who plays Emma Leroy on CTV's Corner Gas which is absolutely awesome.Labels: caricature, corner gas, emma leroy, janet wright, sketchbook |

While I was down in Argentina I was asked to design a tattoo. Feeling inspired by the local culture, I designed the tattoo in the spirit of filete porteno. Filete porteno is a traditional decorative art that adorns many signs and objects throughout the capital. Drawn completely digitally for a change.
edit: Does anyone know why when i put an N with a tilde over it the letter shows up as ñ when i publish the post?Labels: artwork, filete porteno, tattoo design |

Hopefully, this is okay to show. I inked a comic strip for Kyle Carrozza a while ago and this was my favorite panel. Kyle always draws lots of great, fun cartoony shapes and challenges me to think in a different way to portray his lively lines as real, solid 3d masses in ink.Labels: artwork, dumm comics, inks, kyle carrozza, moobeard |

Sketched while watching The Phantom Menace. Strange creatures and humanoids are always refreshing to draw. Since people have no preconceptions about them I feel more freedom to draw whatever.Labels: concept, neimoidian, sketchbook |
