This past Sunday marked the first time I attended Bobby Chiu's Subway Sketch Group over in Toronto. It was loads of fun and every one was pretty friendly. I even spoke with Bobby for a bit but I was nervous in doing so, to be honest.
I definitely intend to make this a weekly ritual. Especially since my friends and I are committed to a post-ritual curry from Sushi-on-bloor =9Labels: sketchbook, subway sketches, transit sketches |

Since I don't own an ipod or like to play video games for very long, I carry my sketchbook around for entertainment. I usually sit perched in a discreet corner and sketch away. These were done on Mississauga transit.
As a side note, I think I need a new scanner or need to press down harder when I draw. It's hard for the scan to capture all the little nuances of the original =<Labels: sketchbook, subway sketches, transit sketches |
